We all know that feeling when you get dressed in the morning and put on something special, it isn't just another day. It's a feeling that makes you feel a little more alive, a little more like the kind of person you want to be. I love the transformative power that clothing has on us. This transformation need not come from exotic furs from far-off lands or the finest of gold embroideries. Who's to say that it can't come from a simple dress? Fashion can be uncomplicated, it can have sophistication and style without being intimidating. That's what I design, simple sophistication that's easy to wear. I also have to credit my great friend and amazing photographer, Bobby Deddens, for his work on the model shoots, as well as the lovely Vanessa Russel.
